Tammy, our granddaughter Kaylee, and Roger
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 2026 is already here! 2025 has been quite a year with so much going on…
In February, Tammy and I flew to England to help Koral and Divan with the arrival of their baby girl, Emry Mae. John, Marie and family moved to Tennessee in July, and their baby girl, Ava Marie, was born in September! And in December, Koral and Divan and kids moved back to America from England!

For any of you who were thinking of coming to stay with us in our guest area that we call The Abiding Place, you will have to take a rain check until further notice. On December 5th I (Roger) flew to England to help Koral, Joel (3 years) and Emry (10 months), move back to America. Divan will join them on January 10th once he finishes selling their home, cars and various other things to finish that chapter of their lives.
Our new boat 😊
I arrived back to America on December 10th bringing more truth to the statement “Myers Madhouse.” Many of you know that we bought a house with Kellie and David (Johnson) and their family 3 years ago that is sort of like a duplex. We now have 12 people living here and when Divan arrives we will be 13, a baker’s dozen.
It is busy here, but great to have Koral back home after 7 plus years. We moved things around so Koral and family have their own space. I also bought a boat!
Yep, you heard me right, a boat! But it’s not what you think. We bought on Facebook Market Place a Little Tikes pirate ship for Joel to sleep in to give him his own special space as his whole world just turned upside down. The boat was a hit and everybody loves it. Tammy was super excited to have almost everyone home for the holidays which hasn’t happened in a very long time.
Family Update
Grace
Sarah
Zeke
Grace graduated last year and has been nannying for two different families and is really enjoying that.
Sarah is settling in to her senior year at Indian Trail Academy’s special education department. She is enjoying being in choir and art and is doing well. The staff has been wonderful at meeting her needs and caring for her in her return to public school.
Zeke has transitioned to an online public school called RVA (Rural Virtual Academy). Oh, the joys of high schoolers who don’t like to do school.
Local Ministry and Food Programs
Food baskets at Feeding Families at Frank Elementary in Kenosha
Tammy and I co-lead a Home Group at our church, One Voice, and it has been such a joy to build relationships with our group and help each other through tough times, and rejoice in the good times… doing life together. I (Roger) continue to work each Thursday for the YMCA (in coordination with Gordon Food Services and One Voice Church) to help get extra food to needy families in Kenosha. It is so rewarding to help these families and children to have food for their tables! We are also still leading weekly prayer on Monday nights at our church where we have prayed for churches, leaders, individuals and have seen God move in powerful ways!
Food baskets at Feeding Families at Frank Elementary in Kenosha
We have recently begun partnering with another couple who are doing a small feeding program once a month in Kenosha and another one in Zion, Illinois. We have been able to help them get food and supplies as they don’t have their nonprofit in place yet. It’s crazy, but I never imagined that God would call Tammy and I to help feed those in need, but here we are overseeing two feeding programs in Kenya (one in Kijabe, and one in Machakos — which used to be in Mathare) and helping with two in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Me (Roger) starring in a film about Food Insecurity
Food security is a huge problem no matter where people live, which is one of the reasons we added “Global” to the end of Kingdom Partners. Our son-in-law, David, made a film recently about Food Insecurity and its impact in our community which I (Roger) got to star in and talked about the Feeding Families program at One Voice. You can watch it below.

Thank You
We are thankful for so much that God has done this past year, it has been an amazing surgery-free year in our household! God is good and we are thankful for His provision in meeting all our needs. We pray that you have also had a blessed year. We want to say thank you to those of you who have shared what you have to help us support those in need. We are truly blessed by your generosity in giving and your prayers. It is our prayer for you this next year that God brings those across your path that you can minister to and show the love of Jesus. James says,
“Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.” — James 1:27 NLT
We would appreciate it if you would ask the Lord if He would have you give to the ministry of Kingdom Partners with a year-end gift to help us to continue to minister to others; or a gift to The Feeding Africa program (a reminder that 100% of all that is given to this program goes to feeding others.) Thank you so much for your gifts: one-time, monthly, quarterly — any way you give. It means the world to those who are now able to feed their children.
Click the link below to give online. If you are giving by check, please send your check to the address listed below; do not put our name on the check, but make checks payable to Kingdom Partners Global. All checks will go towards our General Fund unless stated otherwise. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes. Thank you so much for being a part of the ministry with us.
